Our employee-led DE&I Council’s mission is to embed DE&I into our organisation’s culture and ways of working. Aligned to our overall strategic priorities, the Council seeks to enable all colleagues to feel that they belong and can thrive at Takeda.
Our Council’s priorities are based on regular feedback from employees. We’ve made significant progress in measuring DE&I at Takeda, creating supportive and flexible working practices and policies and fostering greater understanding amongst our colleagues. We know our work isn’t done and we continue to support inclusion and a sense of belonging for all our colleagues at Takeda.
