Takeda Philippines Certified “Great Place to Work” for Fourth Consecutive Year

Manila, Philippines — Takeda Philippines has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the fourth consecutive year, reaffirming its commitment to a purpose-driven and people-centered workplace culture.

In the 2025 survey, 86 percent of employees said Takeda is a great place to work—well above the national average of 65 percent. The recognition reflects the company’s continued efforts to create a supportive, high-trust environment.

Addressing the Takeda Philippines workforce, Country Manager Loreann Villanueva said: “We sincerely thank you for your trust and feedback, for speaking up, and helping us grow stronger as an organization.
